He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Salem, Essex County and Massachusetts Bar Associations as well as the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and its Board of Governors.

Judson is a 1994 graduate of Vassar College where he earned his Bachelor's in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1997. While attending Suffolk University Law School Judson worked in the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office's Fair Labor and Business Practices Division and interned at a State Senator's office and also with the Justice Resource Institute.
